[TowerTalk] F to UHF adapters

Amphenol does make them, (their adapter pages list them) but I'd guess 
any distributor would treat them as a special order and charge accordingly.
Try the small 3M flooded heat shrink.  It does a good job of sealing 
while adding a lot of mechanical strength.
