[TowerTalk] tower giveaway - need someone to take tower down - any advic

Any tow truck company can take down the tower along with the mast and
rotator.  If you cannot get the antenna off I guess it would just crush
when laid horizontal.

Thanks to all the responders. I really want to take down and give a way my
LM-470 motorized tower, mast and antennas.


BUT there is a minor problem. I can find no one around here - Westchester
county NY - north of NYC - to take it down. I am willing to pay to do that
so that someone would benefit from this but, if I can't find anyone then I
am going to be forced to cut it down for the metal salvage value.


It is obvious that the latter way I will actually make money off of it -
but it would kill me to do so.
