Hi Alex
The tower in the picture was a TV tower and CB tower back in the 70's
I seem to remember it called " American Tower" it's a light duty tower for sure , As for spec ???
A light tri band antenna IMO would be it's limit.... A3. C3. or TA33

no, Rohn-25 has Z-braces and I have one so I know for sure.
