[TowerTalk] Voltage at ends of yogi parasitic elements?

Consider switching in some inductance at the feedpoint as needed instead of the tips. Easier to implement most times and the voltages are more "reasonable" at the feedpoint.
At the tips the voltages will be crazy high.
