##  Do u mean the tubing scheduled used ??  That wont make any difference to the
electrical design.  The tips just have to be tweaked to resonate them where the softeware
wants them.   You will end up with a stronger mech design by not using swedged eles, and
instead starting at the tips with .375, then .5 then  .625 etc.
