[TowerTalk] HDR300 rotor repair

Is anyone familiar with a good place to have an HDR 300 rotor gone through ( inspected, repaired, tested) ? I have one that was reported to work when taken down but it was up for several years and had decent sized antennas on it so I would like to have it gone through. Thank you, Joe N4JBK
