[TowerTalk] PST61 Rotor Reliability?

We'll, not to put too fine of a point on it, but if the wind is IN-LINE
with the booms, and both booms are on the same side of the mast, there
will be some amount of additional rotational torque that would be
somewhat canceled out if they were mounted on opposite sides of the mast.
A fairly minor effect for sure.
