[TowerTalk] common mode chokes, baluns and multiband doublets

These chokes are based on my design concepts, built with the limited 
parts that Farnell was willing to sell in the UK. But they designed for 
50 ohm systems and matched antennas. Not mismatched antennas on hi-Z 
2-wire line. Ian is a fine engineer -- he did his best with the parts 
available to him at the time.
