Nobody  can.

Isn't this what homeowner's insurance is for?
Or is your HO insurance company specifically excluding claims resulting 
from your attractive nuisance?

Ultimately, then, it's between you and the insurance company - they will 
decide what level of protection is sufficient that they will insure you.
