[TowerTalk] March QST cover

Another stupid cover is the September 2015 QST issue showing the 
Christmas tree of mobile radios and multiple display units in a 
truck cab. How can we seriously tell our children and friends not 
to text or play games on their smart phones when we applaud a ham 
with massive distractions to driving.

Of course, that person would tell us that they always stop to 
operate their gear, hi!
