[TowerTalk] US Tower price increase

Wow! I bought one of these new in the 80's for considerably less than last
year's pricing from Texas Towers.  It would now be unaffordable.  Does
anyone else sell US Towers besides HRO?  I guess used pricing will also go
up considerably.

Just happened to be browsing the HRO website yesterday, and noticed that the

pricing on all US Tower models tripled overnight! 

For example, the HDX-589MDPL was $13,000 last month.  As of yesterday the
price 
is now just under $32,000!  Same dramatic increase across the product line. 

Is anyone privy as to what warranted the dramatic price increase in what
seems 
like overnight? 

I don't believe the raw materials or labor rate skyrocketed that quickly.
