[TowerTalk] Datasheet for Rohn TA-55

There are no adequate documents for TA-55 on the net or from Rohn other than a depiction / illustration of the part.
Ive consulted a PE with extensive tower experience and we have made a plan.
This will be used on a new fixed tower.
