[TowerTalk] Fence charger

We have a Parmak fencer powered from the AC mains.  It is located in a
shed about 100 yards from my station.  There is all sorts of electric
fence running around this place.  About half is permanent and the rest
was put up last fall and will be taken down in about two months.  One
fence is about 50 feet south of my tower running parallel to my 160/80m
doublet and I am listening to 75m right now without need of the noise
blanker.  As previously stated, unless the fence is being shorted out,
it is quiet.
