[TowerTalk] Solar Panel RFI/Microinverters

Forgot to mention that there are videos of the 20M band listening with
a 10M dipole right under the arrays:

This has a higher noise floor as it's 10' from the power company's
transformer and is parallel at that distance to the underground power
feed.
