[TowerTalk] Force 12

[Roger (K8RI) on TT]

I purchased a C19XR and a WARC-7 used, but all parts were carefully 
marked and assembly was easy.  The previous owner had made the honor 
roll with the C19.

I have it together, but due to the arm and hand problem haven't gotten 
on top of the LM470 which I haven't finished the wiring job as yet.  If 
not for that I might have gone for a new C31XR
