[TowerTalk] Force 12 going away ?

Read some discussions about:
Force 12 liquidating their assets and selling off antennas.No longer partnered with Innovation Antennas.MFJ taking over Force 12.
I was going to order their new 40M 3 el 40  (Delta 340 design with loading coils)but am glad I havent done so.  Anyone have any info on what is going on ?
N6BT is alive and well.  He has some nice antennas in his catalog.  Unfortunately 
he doesn't offer a coil loaded 3 element 40M yagi, only 2 elements, like the Delta D240.
