Just to clarify some rumor elsewhere, on Jan 23  403A announced the following.   IOW  Vibroplex did not buy out 403A,  403A announced that Vibroplex will now be 403A's exclusive distributor
in USA and Canada of Vibro products:

"  KNOXVILLE, TN. January 23, 2017 – Vibroplex LLC, Knoxville, TN, USA and SKY SAT d.o.o. of Igalo, Montenegro are pleased to announce an exclusive agreement for Vibroplex to distribute the 4O3A Signature product line in the United States and Canada.  "
