[TowerTalk] US TOWER HDX-89 / Tash DX86 Wind Rating Differences

Did you check to see if both wind ratings were made from the same 
standard?  Their has been lots of changes in recent years causing lots 
of confusion, especially when the MFG doesn't say what standard was used.
