[TowerTalk] Antenna Windload Ratings & Tower Windload ratings

For those who don't know, Kurt is a Mechanical Engineer by training and 
really knows his stuff. He makes part of his living doing serious tower 
work for hams. Jim Lux is also a serious, multi-disciplined engineer 
working at Jet Propulsion Labs (the guys who put us on the moon, Mars, 
and other difficult places to go. They know what they're talking about.  
I know Kurt; I've never met Jim.
