The setback might be inspired by thoughts such as;if you want a tower, place it in your yard close to your activities and dwelling and not out at the lot line next to your neighbors.JIM-W4QBQ

And what?s the sense of that?  Why isn?t the top 25% dangerous?  Actually, it?s likely the most dangerous.  It?s moving fastest and has that big ol? antenna antenna on it."

Consider yourself lucky, around here, Central Illinois, the setback for my semi-rural tower was 110% of the height.
