[TowerTalk] RG-58 capacitor

The capacitance per ft and simple arithmetic will get you a DC 
capacitance value that is reliable but add in frequency of the applied 
voltage and inductance rears its head.  As per others, you get a stub, 
not an idealized capacitor.
