[TowerTalk] OT Packet cluster setup

Hi folks

There is a local ham who for reasons beyond the scope of this email does
not have access to the internet, but would dearly love to have access to
packet cluster for dx and contesting. I have a spare computer and tnc, and
a couple of old 2m handi talkies that I think I might be able to cobble
together into a working system for him.

Does anyone have any experience with setting up a cluster node to go from
the internet (telnet) to packet? If so. Any help would be really appreciated
