[TowerTalk] Fencing around tower base?

I'm prepping to erect a US Towers HDX-589 and have a question about fencing
the base.

I'm looking at the 6' PVC panels sold in the big box stores. My idea is to
erect four supports at the corners of the tower base, and use 4 six foot
panels that are relatively easy to remove to service the base of the tower.

Has anyone done this or does anyone have construction detail to help me
implement this?
