As Jim said – it’s a W8JK.  Fed 180 degrees out of phase with equal lengths
of 450 Ohm open wire line.  Each line is roughly ½ wave long – very hard to
match if they are close to ¼ wave long.  I have switched lengths that match
well for CW and SSB.  As N2IC stated, the BW is narrow – in my case about
80khz.  For SSB – I have a remote tuner at the combining point to adjust the
match.
