[TowerTalk] Replacing Linear Loading on Force 12 40/20

Ken at JKantennas (jkantennas.com), is now handling the F12 stuff.
Not sure if he has coil upgrade kit's or not. Not sure if he's changing
them up electrically, but he's improving them mechanically.
