[TowerTalk] Recommendations

Hi
I need recommendations  
I want to order to make a 45-50 feet Telescopic mástil for a light antenna. I want to install a pulling hand winch. I was thinking in a galvanized rounded tube of 20 feet of 4, 3 and 2 inches. One inside of the other. The square one is better but the cost is too much in PR. Any recommendation, manual, webpage or something else?
