##  Doesnt work..  keeps the heat in.  Fix   is then  even bigger od tubing.

Doesnt matter what u coat the copper tubing with.... as long as the 
terminations at each end  are good.   The  copper can turn black + green. 
KM1H has a 144 mhz kw amp with the copper strip lines turned green.
Zero redux in output.    U can paint it, coat it. or cover it with pvc, tape,
or anything else u can think of.    As long as the terminations are ok,  the rest
is not an issue. 

That ..cool amp .... goop made in Ore  works superb.    Just mix with a tiny bit of 
water and make a paste..then  silver coat the clean copper tubing, or strap, or relay contacts
etc.   Power companies and telcos use it on the ends of copper buss bars..where they  overlap.
