[TowerTalk] Concrete Bin Blocks for Guy Anchors

I believe they do have rebar in them, but you might have cold seams too (if they don’t have enough spare concrete at the end of the day to make a full block. I could ask at work on Tuesday (next time I’m in the office). Trust me, I know we make a lot of them
