[TowerTalk] Rooftop tower as Vertical Antenna

Since you must have some grounding conductors connected to the tower for 
lightning protection, "insulated" from the roof isn't insulated from ground.  
You don't say what band(s) you might be interest in, but I don't see an easy way 
to utilize this for much of anything other than holding up your tribander.
