We have two Big RAKs at N6RO that have been turning a pair of shorty 4-el 40m Yagis for many years. We use their controllers with the two-button mouse interface. All you have to do is pay attention when changing the target angle to make sure it doesn't get away from you. About once a year there might be a glitch of some kind and we have to reset the angle but that only takes a couple minutes. They were under computer control for awhile. The last time I gave that a try I couldn't get them to talk but didn't pursue it long enough to figure it out. One of the rotator mast clamps has loosened up a couple of times but I think that is because the crappy mast is starting to deform. (It's a short chunk of water pipe. Before my time!)
Excellent rotator. Highly recommended.
