[TowerTalk] Guy anchors for AB-577

The next size down is what I've been looking at, called Duckbill 
Anchors  3000 lb working load, 7700 lb breaking load.  To be sure, not 
so fierce as the Manta Ray anchors, but don't require construction 
equipment to put them in.
