[TowerTalk] Replacing station ground J-cord connectors

J-Cord connectors are AKA Strain Relief Connectors. They are used for bringing rubber insulated multi-wire cables into fixtures, panels and boxes out doors. They have a swaged rubber grommet that pulls tight to the cable when compressed by the compression nut.
