[TowerTalk] Adding a 3rd element top a 40-2

I've worked with stacked 40 meter Yagis since 1986.

Stacking two at 70 over 35 is terrible....no gain at all. Allowing that 2 element Yagis can be stacked closer together, .25 wavelength is way to little if you consider larger Yagis should be at least .5 wavelength apart. The lower one is going to raise the takeoff angle and there won't be hardly any gain at all. So why do it unless you want to be a big signal within 1000 miles of the QTH.

Unless you are on a big hilltop or a cliff, this is not a great idea.
