I, too, am raising my 65' Heights tilt-over tower on a residential lot.  Granted my setup is mostly aluminum and much lighter, AND I have all the engineering designs/math for the foundation, I am STILL massively over-building the foundation and attachment hardware.
One shot to do it right....  risks associated with "cheaping out" are simply unthinkable.
