it's that (usually) corrugated plastic tubing that is split lengthwise. 
You use it to cover a bunch of wires & cables, to make them neater.


Term comes from "wiring loom" as in a car electrical system.

It's available also as a plastic strip with a bunch of "prongs" that 
stick out. Sort of like the "comb binding" used for documents.

And there's stuff that is basically a long tube of mesh with a velcro 
closure. Or a spiral.
