So you missed the part where I said I’ve had one on 3 different towers of the last 30 years, and it has been flawless?
No stuck set screw because I put anti seize on it and have a protective cover over the bearing to keep water out?

While they may meet the mechanical requirements, pillow blocks are designed to be used indoors. And if you use one of those that has one Allen screw to hold the mast, it'll be rusted and useless in a few years and it'll have to be cut off with a hand grinder. Other reasons not to use a thrust bearing!
