[TowerTalk] Ham-IV rotor will not turn

When I used that brand of rotator, I always kept a spare to switch it out.
Of course, I didn't buy brand new ones either.
There may be a stuck brake. Do you hear the noise of the brake release?
Maybe you can "rock" the rotor back and forth to get it to release.
