[TowerTalk] Rohn 25G flat, top section

I am not a fan of Rohn bearings, especially in corrosive environments but
regardless I found that DX Engineering has the bolt circle pattern in their
TB3 description.

Need the bolt pattern for a Rohn flat, top section - current part number is
25AG4.or the bolt pattern for a Rohn TB3 which should fit what is drilled
on the flat top section.  Center of hole to center of adjacent hole on the
TB3 will work.
