[TowerTalk] Non HOA tower troubles

Tread very carefully if you don't have permits for the towers.  There are
HOA, Protective Covenants, and zoning/permit laws.  You could win the battle
and lose the war, if this turns into "hey - do you have permits for those
towers"?  You have the right to have something accommodated, but this place
doesn't sound like it would be open to do that without a fight.

 

Sure doesn't sound like a friendly place to live.
