[TowerTalk] HyGain HDR300 removal stalled due to stuck setscrew

PB Blaster, best solution for freeing metal to metal items I've found. 
Tried many others before but none worked as well. Was put onto PB 
Blaster by the USCG maintenance team down the coast in Charleston OR.
