[TowerTalk] 45G and guys

I'd recommend Phillystran for the top guys, but EHS the first few feet
from the tower, and up about 15 feet from the ground. The former
protects against something getting dropped from the tower, the latter
from vandals and other animals. I'd probably do that with the middle
guy, as well. Otherwise, be sure to break it up with insulators into
non-resonant lengths.

For shunt feeding, all the guys definitely need Phillystran or an
insulator near the tower. Even the lower guys, though, should be broken
up into non-resonant lengths with insulators.
