[TowerTalk] 45G leg bolt help

Hello-   I preparation for installing 2 of 45G towers 130' each, a while back I bought the required quantity of leg bolt kits #45JBK from a Rohn dealer sold as a Rohn product. These were supplied with bolts/nuts inside plastic tubers with a cap at one end. I did not realize the nuts were staked (3 stake indentations per nut). In fact, they are so heavily staked that they are destroying the threads of the bolts plus really heating up the bolts. I feel like the torque to thread nuts on is excessive and am waiting for a bolt to twist off. Needless to say I will reject all of these.   I have searched until I am blue in the face for a supplier of grade 5 hot dipped galvanized bolts. Can anyone tell me where I can buy these two sizes of grade 5 hot dipped galvanized bolts 5/16" x 2-3/8" long and 7/16" x 2-1/2" long with nuts? I really do not want to buy any more 45JBK not knowing whether they are staked or not, plus the 5/16" nuts in my kits were NOT hot dipped.Byron W5FH
