[TowerTalk] Element/boom caps

I had a KT-34 more than 30 years ago in Burnaby, BC and had barn swallows
build nests in the boom ends, same issue. Here on Vancouver Island its rain
however no issues with the traps on my Mosley's. In some instances it has
to do with the trap design.
