[TowerTalk] Mounting 1.25 stinger in 3" tubing?

I don't think you will find any stock that fits without machining id & 
od.  An easy job in a 12" lathe.  3" solid 6061 round bar is the place 
to start from ebay or your local rem store.  4pcs x 3" Thru bolt with 2x 
1/4" SS bolts.
