[TowerTalk] OptiBeam OB9-5

I don't have the OB9-5 but do have an OB7-3, which is two element on 15 and 20 
and 3 on ten.  I've modeled it and see about 10 to 11 dB F/B (freespace) on 15 
and 20 and about 20 dB F/B on 10.  I would expect about the same for the OB9-5.
