[TowerTalk] NEW NanoVNA Vector Network Analyzer 50KHz-900MHz

The rumor going around Pacificon last month is that
it is OK for HF, but the bandwidth of "900 MHz" is
wildly optimistic.  The user interface and documentation
is terrible.  Possibly worth $40 though, if your time isn't
worth much.
