[TowerTalk] Finding a trucker?

Any suggestions for how to find a trucker in need of a deadhead load?  
We need to move about 33 pieces of assorted Rohn 10' sections from W0AIH 
(near Eau Claire WIS, headquarters of Menards so a lot of trucks deliver 
there) to Topeka, KS.

Are they going to do COD, or want cash up front, or?  I have no 
experience with this, so your comments will be very welcome. Thanks!
