[TowerTalk] C31XR internitted high SWR

I would look closely at the possibility that the 20 and 15M elements are
touching in any wind.  If 10M is solid, then the balun and feedline are
good.  Not quite familiar with the connection system on the C31XR.  If there
is something shared on 15 and 20M - like the DE is actually the same for the
2 bands - resonating passively the other band DE than that would be my
second guess.
