I'm sure I'll get accused of MFJ bashing, but I can't help passing on 
this humorous anecdote.

A few weeks ago one of the owners of Elecraft posted a request for 
information on how to troubleshoot a network analyzer sold by MFJ. He 
had already asked MFJ tech support for advice, and they replied that he 
should open it up and see if any loose parts fell out because that's 
what they would do.
