[TowerTalk] Pelican case for outdoor use

I plan to add a couple of silica gel bags inside but I cant see
condensation being too much of a problem with the vent. Temp variation
here is not much, across a year night time minimums vary from about 21C
to 28C and daytime maximums from about 28C to about 37C.
